Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

visited site due to no power. found air conditioner tripping OFF multiple devices' circuit breakers when its compressor tries to start. Leaving AC unplugged and system set to only trasnmit 20W (atten @ 2dB) and I bumped the RX temp trip up to 45ºC to see if system can run without AC working. Will need to return to site with functional AC and then I'll remove this unit. Handel
